About

I am a dedicated clinician with a passion for fostering resilience, confidence, and well-being in individuals of all ages. With a strong foundation in school psychology and neuropsychological assessment, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to supporting my clients both academically and in their daily lives.

I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, ADHDers, and students with learning disabilities such as dyslexia. I specialize in psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment, executive functioning support, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive interventions.

I have provided therapeutic services and assessments across a variety of settings, including schools, private clinics, and community mental health programs. I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults to develop executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and adaptive daily living (ADL) strategies. Beyond academic and cognitive skills, I am invested in helping individuals build self-advocacy, resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.

In addition to my clinical work, I have an extensive research background focusing on social-emotional learning, school-based trauma interventions, and equitable mental health services. Her dedication to bridging research and practice ensures that her clients receive informed, individualized, and effective care.

Whether providing therapy, assessment, or consultation, I am committed to empowering each client with the tools they need to thrive—both in and beyond the classroom. Outside of my professional endeavors, I love to draw, paint, craft, bake, and care for my plants!
